The Galaxy Z Flip 4 has pretty much everything you'd expect from a Samsung flagship, including surprisingly long battery life, although the battery capacity is still not too high (I think the big contribution here comes from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor origin) . And the Z Flip 4 has more and more interest in the lineup, including my boss, Danny, who has been with Team Galaxy Fold since the beginning.
In fact, my colleague and SamMobile co-founder Daniel once asked me this question, and I couldn't help but praise him. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is truly special, and it's the first Samsung foldable phone I'd recommend to anyone wondering if it's worth it. Again, it's not a phone for those who want a full-featured flagship camera experience, but it's great for everyone else.

Samsung has once again packed its latest Flip with 8GB of RAM, and that seems perfectly adequate. Storage options start at 128GB, and this year we have a new tier of 512GB for the most demanding users. Computing power is welcomed by the use of a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Honestly, that's probably more oomph than the phone really needs, but I'm not complaining -- the entire interface works very smoothly.

Aside from all the foldable hardware, there's a lot of neat stuff to this phone. This year's cover screen isn't too different from the Z Flip 3's, with the compact 1.9-inch display still providing easy access to notifications while also serving as a viewfinder for the phone's camera. Of all its features, I found the notification support to be the most useful, though it's frustrating that you don't see the same actionable options as you would when interacting with notifications on an open phone. In addition, the quick access to the flashlight is also very practical.
